慢跑跟快走 消除體脂 - 健身

小弟我178 目前體重75
全身體脂都不高
不過肚子大概有20
很多朋友建議我要多作有氧
所以每天到健身房就是先去跑步機
做完有氧才會去重訓區練肌肉
我都是先速度6 走10分鐘
然後速度9 跑20分鐘
最後速度6 走10分鐘緩和
不過後來有朋友建議我說
用快走的方式
比慢跑更能消耗體脂肪
所以我把跑20分鐘那邊 更改成速度7
不曉得我朋友的建議有沒有可信度呢??
還是大家有其他看法呢??? 謝謝解答!
我要趕快把肚子瘦下來!!
